Order Processing
All orders are fulfilled in-house. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment before it is handed off to a carrier.

Shipping Rates
United States: Shipping rates are included free.
International (all other countries listed above): A flat rate of $20.00 USD applies to all international orders.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5–10 business days
- United Kingdom, Ireland: 5–10 business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 7–14 business days
- Germany, Netherlands, France: 5–10 business days
Duties & Customs
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Crate Culture Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
